Exhibit & Competition Rules, Terms and Conditions

  • There will be 6 categories for judging:
    1. Paintings & Drawings (3 ribbons)
    2. Photographs (3 ribbons)
    3. Sculpture, pottery, ceramics, etc. (3 ribbons)
    4. Other works of art (3 ribbons)
    5. Best of Show (1 ribbon)
    6. Peoples’ Choice (1 ribbon)
  • Artwork must be dropped off on October 23, 2019 during the hours of 9am8pm. Location: Northern Essex Community College, Technology Center Room TC213, 100 Elliott St, Haverhill, MA 01830.
  • Artwork must be picked up on Friday October 25th, 2019 @ 8pm or Saturday October 26, 2019 during the hours of 9am – noon.
  • We cannot be responsible for the storage of artwork. Please do not enter if you cannot pick-up your artwork on time. 
  • Labeling of artwork: we will provide labeling for your artwork.
  • Hanging/Framing: All paintings, photographs, etc. must be framed and ready to hang with hanging wire and secure eye hooks. Sawtooth/Zigzag hanging bar and clips are not compatible with our hanging system. Unframed canvases are acceptable as long as they have a hanging wire as we utilize a hanging system, not nails, to display the artwork.
  • Sale of Artwork: All submitted artwork will be made available for sale. All sales are subject to a 25% commission. Believe Anything and Everything is Possible, Inc. will accept payment for all purchased artwork and will provide payment less commission to the artist within 14 days of the completion of the Exhibit & Competition.
  • Liability: Neither Believe Anything and Everything is Possible, Inc. nor Northern Essex Community College is responsible for loss or damage to any artwork submitted to this exhibition. Artists should carry their own insurance if desired. Submitting artwork implies agreement by the artist to these conditions.
  • Entry Fee: $10 per submission payable on acceptance of the artwork.
  • Submission Process
    1. Complete the registration form and submit your entry.
    2. Your submission will be reviewed. You will be notified promptly if your submission is accepted.
    3. If your submission is accepted, you will be sent a payment form link for the entry fee of $10 per accepted artwork.
    4. Drop-off your artwork.
    5. Join us for the artist reception on Friday October 25th from 6pm – 8pm.
